Contact & Support

Talk to the team

Whether you have a project for the factory or a question about it, this is where to start: requests to use the factory go through the One Stop Shop, and everything else reaches us by email.

Contact channels

How can we help you?

Pick the channel that fits what you need. Both reach the consortium team at CESGA, which passes each request on to the partner best placed to answer it.

You want to use the factory

If you have a project, an idea or a need where AI, supercomputing or health data could help, start with the One Stop Shop form. It is the way into every service the factory offers.

  • Two minutes to tell us what you need
  • We study your case and propose a path, free of charge
  • You follow your case online through each of the five steps

Any other question

Frequently asked

Before you write to us

How do I get access to the computing infrastructure?

Access conditions are being defined and will be published on the Platform page as the infrastructure is commissioned. Registering your interest now means we contact you directly when the first access route opens, and it helps us size demand.

Can I use my own data?

That is the point of the sovereign data spaces: data stays under the custody of the institution that holds it, and approved users work with it in a governed environment. The onboarding process for data providers will be published by CSIC as part of the platform launch.

Does 1HealthAI fund projects?

The factory provides infrastructure, expertise and validation rather than direct project grants. Related funding may be available through consortium partners and regional or European instruments; ask us and we will point you to the right one.

Who can use the factory?

Startups and SMEs, larger companies, research organisations, universities, hospitals and public administrations working on human, animal or environmental health. Eligibility details will be published with each service.

Is my registration binding?

No. Registering your interest is an expression of need, not a commitment. It shapes our priorities and puts you on the list to be contacted.

Ready to register?

If your inquiry is about using the factory, the interest form captures what we need to route you to the right service.
